Cost Estimate

The Cost Estimate Worksheet (CEW) is for use by the Illinois Army National Guard for estimating the costs for various events. These worksheets are submitted to the G3 by the Brigades during their YTP Checkouts. They are also used to request funding for pop up requirements.

Features:
• Updates from the internet only when there is a pay update available.
• Approval functions to Approve, Approve as Limited, and Deny the Cost Estimate
• Add/Remove Pages feature allows for additional pages.
• Locking feature to prevent historical Cost Estimates from downloading new pay data.
• Reset feature clears the entire sheet (has a warning to prevent accidental resetting)
• Print Button defaults to Print as PDF and allows for printing with or without Additional Comments.
• Info Button shows stats for the Cost Estimate and allows for downloading blank current versions. It also allows for manual updates.
• Ability for admins to notify users when there is an update that cannot be pushed remotely thus requiring users to download a new version.

RMP Tracker

The RMP Tracker is for use by Units in the Illinois Army National Guard as a "checkbook" to manage RMP funds alloted to them by the MSCs or as a Cost Estimator for RMP funds.

Features:
• Updates from the internet only when there is a pay update available.
• Lock rows feature allows a user to lock an individual row from updating. This allows a user to maintain prior year pay data on rows with entries on it.
• Reset feature clears the entire sheet (has a warning to prevent accidental resetting)
• Print Button defaults to Print as PDF.
• Info Button shows stats for the RMP Tracker and allows for downloading blank current versions. It also allows for manual updates.
• Ability for admins to notify users when there is an update that cannot be pushed remotely thus requiring users to download a new version.

GS Cost Estimate

The GS Cost Estimate Worksheet is for use by the Illinois Army National Guard for estimating the payroll costs for GS employees. They are also used to request funding for additional manpower.

Features:
• Updates from the internet only when there is a pay update available.
• Ability for admins to notify users when there is an update that cannot be pushed remotely thus requiring users to download a new version.
